2. Waiver Required
All adult participants (18+) must have a completed Drive Sports Club Participation Waiver on file prior to entering the Facility. Participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian through the designated minor waiver process. No exceptions.

-
Assessing your own physical fitness prior to participating in any activity at the Facility.
All use of the Facility is at the sole risk of the Member and their guests.

Wear non-marking court shoes at all times on the court.

Never swing a club outside the designated hitting area.
-
Do not retrieve balls, adjust equipment, or enter the hitting zone while someone is preparing to swing.

Children in the simulator bay must be supervised at all times and must not handle clubs unless directly supervised by a responsible adult.
7. Gaming Vehicle
The on-site gaming vehicle (the retrofitted VW van) is a shared space available to all participants.

No adult, explicit, or age-inappropriate content is permitted on any screen.

Respect other participants' time — do not monopolize the space beyond your booking allocation.

Report any technical issues or damage to management immediately.
8. Work Pod & Loop Booth
The work pod and loop booth are designed for focused, professional use.

Keep noise levels to a minimum in and around these spaces.

Leave the space tidy for the next participant.
9. Equipment Use
Use all equipment responsibly and only for its intended purpose. Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately by contacting management.
Accessing or displaying adult, explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content on any Drive Sports Club equipment, gaming systems, or screens — including through video games, streaming services, or internet browsing — is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate suspension of Facility access.
10. No Alcohol or Illegal Substances
Drive Sports Club is not a licensed facility. Alcohol, illegal substances, and visibly intoxicated behaviour are strictly prohibited on the premises. Participants found to be intoxicated or under the influence will be asked to leave and may have their access revoked.

The Facility uses video recording systems for security, gameplay recording, and promotional purposes. By entering the Facility, participants consent to video capture as outlined in the Drive Sports Club Participation Waiver and Privacy Policy.
12. Clean Up After Use
Please return all equipment to its proper location after use and leave the Facility in the same condition you found it. This is a shared space; take pride in it.
